As a leader in your company you need to have the correct approach to inspire others. Here is a rough guide to do that:
Leave ego behind.
You started your business because you are very good and talented at doing something. You don’t need to tell this to anyone because they already know. Let your actions speak for themselves.
Use high-powered talent.
Identify who is the best at what they do, and surround yourself by these people.
Set them free.
Don’t micromanage. Give people direction, autonomy, timelines and the responsibility to act. Let your staff flourish. People, by default want to do well and succeed.
Do exactly that. Listen and be open to new ideas.
People need to know two things: where you stand on a given topic, and where they stand with you. Even if the answer towards them is NO.
